ISTD - It happened on this day

The newspaper questions our relationship with world news, and juxtaposes my 5th Birthday with Operation storm, Croatian military attack on Serbian Krajina. 2 very different typographic approaches help to highlight the massive chasm between the subjects, with the idea to create a tension on the page to illustrate how these events happened at the same time yet completely ignorant of one another.
